Free Shipping: Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Please contact us for shipping quotes to NT, WA & TAS.

Dispatch Times: Orders placed online (Mon-Fri) before 12pm will usually leave within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Times: These are subject to the shipping providers, usually within 7-10 working days.

Maxx Music is not responsible for any damaged or loss of items that has incurred whist in transit.

Due to the Corona Virus and the increased demand for freight, shipping companies are having some delays, which is out of our control and unable to provide exact shipping time frames.

If you do require an item urgently please give us a call and we will try our best to get the item to you, but we cannot guarantee shipping times.

If we have the item available in store, we will call to arrange local drop off usually the same day or within 1-2 business days, Freight Free.

Any costs/shipping fees incurred in returning items to Maxx Music are the responsibility of the purchaser.
